Hi friends! 💕 I’m Olivia! :) I have been living my dream behind the chair since 2017 and I love every minute of it! The best moment of every appointment is seeing my clients’ face light up when they see themselves in the mirror, shining bright in their new look. ✨ Hair isn’t one size fits all. It’s carefully formulated and uniquely customized to each clients individual need. I love to create a plan for each clients hair. Whether it’s a road map to a total transformation or maintaining the look they have already fallen in love with. I will always be up front about what is achievable with each clients hair and the aftercare needed to maintain it. The health and integrity of the hair is always my main concern. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable 50-100$ deposit is required to secure all color appointments. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the appointment.
If your appointment is rescheduled with a 48 hour notice or more, your deposit will be good for one reschedule.
If you do not show up or you reschedule
your appointment within 48 hours of your service, you will forfeit your deposit and must pay another deposit for a new appointment.
No shows or last minute cancellations can result in being charged up to 50% of the service cost.
Please be on time to your appointment.
Being 15 minutes late or more may result in having to reschedule or alter the appointment to accommodate a shorter time slot. If we have to reschedule, you will lose your deposit and have to pay another for a new appointment. I understand life happens, please communicate with me if you are running behind. Thank you!
